Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A valid Health and Life Insurance License, with a strong understanding of health insurance products and regulations. Proven experience in health insurance sales, with a track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. Proficiency in using technology, including CRM systems, email, and online chat platforms. Preferred qualifications include: Experience working with a range of health insurance carriers and products. A strong understanding of the health insurance industry, including industry trends and developments. Previous experience working in a remote or telecommuting environment.
