Key Responsibilities Build and manage strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide effective support throughout the hiring process. Source and identify top talent through online channels, including social media platforms and professional networks, to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline. Conduct phone screens and review resumes to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open roles. Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews with hiring managers and recruiting coordinators. Gather feedback from hiring managers and continuously improve the recruitment process to ensure it is efficient and effective. Assist with other projects and tasks as needed to support the talent acquisition team. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as human resources or recruitment. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role, with a track record of success in high-volume recruitment environments. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The ability to multitask, make independent decisions, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with Workday or other recruitment software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. A background in recruiting for a high-growth industry or company.
