As a Remote Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in processing medical documents, extracting data, and entering it into electronic databases, contributing to the success of their clients in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities Process various medical documents, including Independent Medical Reviews, and extract relevant data for entry into electronic databases. Work independently and collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and address any questions or concerns. Utilize critical thinking skills to determine next steps, obtain missing information, and resolve issues via phone or other communication channels. Enter data into Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Provide customer service and client coordination over the phone, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Work in a metrics/quota-driven environment, meeting productivity and quality standards. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of remote work experience. Reliable high-speed internet and a personal computer or laptop (no Chromebooks). Proficiency in using computers, spreadsheets, and other software applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims. Experience working in a metrics-based environment. Strong customer service and client coordination skills. Excellent data entry skills, with high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
