Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online chat or remote setting. Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems and chat software. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
