Job Overview: Remote P&C Licensed Insurance Agent - Customer Service We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote P&C Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer and agent inquiries, addressing various types of property and casualty policies and billing inquiries in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner. You will resolve service concerns, document customer requests, and complete changes to policies that require a license. Your exceptional customer service skills and knowledge of insurance products will enable you to provide tailored solutions to our clients, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner Market insurance products to potential customers through various channels, conducting thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommending suitable coverage options Resolve service concerns, document customer requests, and complete changes to policies that require a license Communicate effectively with agents and customers through inbound and outbound communication, maintaining multiple customer communications simultaneously Utilize computer systems and software applications to manage customer interactions, policies, and billing inquiries Essential Qualifications: 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to articulate complex insurance concepts to clients Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, folders) Working knowledge of property and casualty policies, related processes, and procedures Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, with a strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and agents Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide innovative solutions Training and Development We are committed to providing our employees with comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure their success.
