Compliance: Ensure all sales practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Training and Development: Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training opportunities. Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed personal sales targets and performance goals. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A strong background in sales, preferably in the life insurance or financial services industry.
