In this part-time role, you'll be responsible for providing real-time assistance to our clients via web chat, ensuring they have a positive and efficient experience while interacting with our services. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating an ability to think strategically and manage people effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** Customer Support * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via web chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. * Utilize company resources and databases to assist clients with their questions regarding services, products, and policies. Proactive Engagement * Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements to processes based on client feedback. * Engage in proactive communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Data Management * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. * Analyze feedback and engagement data to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements to the chat support process.
