About the Role We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Residential Group Home CBRF Manager to lead our Jefferson Program in Brookfield, WI. As a Residential Manager, you will provide oversight and management for the day-to-day operations of our group home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to the individuals we serve. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations of the assigned group home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to the individuals we serve. Communicate effectively with coworkers, stakeholders, and other parties to ensure seamless collaboration and support. Develop and support the knowledge, skills, and abilities of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to fulfill current and future job responsibilities. Lead the hiring process for new staff members, ensuring the selection of highly qualified and compassionate individuals. Train new Direct Support staff members, providing effective onboarding and transition support. Schedule direct support staff within budget parameters to support operations and quality outcomes. Address basic performance issues, complete performance evaluations, and establish goals and development plans for DSPs. Manage client funds, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the group home. Coordinate client medical appointments, communicate appointment outcomes, and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in the on-call rotation, providing support and guidance as needed. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a post-secondary degree or certification preferred. One to three years of related work experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred. A valid driver's license with a driving record that meets St. Coletta's standards. Strong organizational skills, efficient time management, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships and motivate others.
