You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure their complete satisfaction. Your expertise, technical skills, and passion for delivering outstanding service will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** - **Customer Service Expertise** - Provide exceptional customer service, using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs. - Demonstrate expertise in print, signs & graphics, and shipping product lines, recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services to meet customer needs. - Ensure all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer. - **Sales and Revenue Growth** - Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information. - Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels. - Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents. - **Store Operations and Maintenance** - Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store, adhering to arenaflex standards and regulations. - Clean, repair, and stock all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability. - Stay current on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage. - **Financial Management and Reporting** - Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change. - Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits. - **Quality and Continuous Improvement** - Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions. - Work with management to reduce company costs/wastes and optimize profitability in areas of responsibility. - Apply Quality concepts presented at training during daily activities. **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** - **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent education. - **Experience**: 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service, sales, or a related field. - **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - **Physical Abilities**: Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods; ability to move and lift 55 pounds; ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees; ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members. **Preferred Qualifications** - **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in operating printing, binding, and other related equipment; experience with Point of Sale terminals (POS) and order systems. - **Customer Service Experience**: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment. - **Sales and Revenue Growth**: Experience in driving sales growth and revenue in a retail setting. **Work Environment and Culture** - **arenaflex Culture**: arenaflex is a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
