Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our arenaflex Parks, Experiences, and Products (PEP) Florida Finance team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to analyze metrics and trends to understand business outcomes, providing key insights to inform new business models and initiatives. You will work closely with operations, business leaders, and partners to drive impact and improve visitor experiences. Key Responsibilities Join a high-energy finance team dedicated to influencing the visitor experience through thorough and innovative analysis, supporting various business areas, including Amusement Park Attractions, Hotel Operations, Live Entertainment, Food and Beverage, Imagineering, Gift Cards, Technology, Marketing and Sales, Maintenance, arenaflex Vacation Club, arenaflex Cruise Line, Store Operations, Special Events, Consumer Products (Licensing, Retail, Games, and Publishing), and more. Collaborate with partners across the business to review financial results, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans to drive growth and profitability. Support forecasting, planning, and short- and long-term business planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Conduct ad-hoc analyses and develop detailed analyses for presentations and reporting packages to senior leadership. Communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner, using strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents. Develop business cases for new opportunities, such as new attractions, hotels, cruise line programs, and special events, leveraging financial modeling and analysis to inform decision-making. Essential Qualifications At least 2+ years of experience in statistical, financial, or strategic analysis, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and data analysis. Knowledge of financial modeling, including the ability to secure, organize, and analyze large datasets. Strong ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner, with a talent for "storytelling" to engage and influence stakeholders. High attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to think critically and solve problems. Strong interest and curiosity, with a passion for analyzing data and driving business outcomes. Ability to work in a team environment, both in-person and virtually, with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills. Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and perform work responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision. Education Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Science, Accounting, or a related field is required. A Graduate degree in a quantitative field, an MBA, or a CPA is preferred, with experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI being a plus.
