Key Responsibilities Address customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate and detailed product information, review alternative solutions when items are out of stock, and make recommendations to meet customer needs. Place orders for customers, check inventory, and ensure that all customer requests are fulfilled efficiently. Process returns, issue replacements, and credits for damaged or defective merchandise, following established guidelines and procedures. Successfully negotiate and appease customers using established guidelines, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in training sessions, team meetings, and contributing to process improvements. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices. 1 - 2 years of previous customer service experience, preferably in a performance-based or metric-driven environment. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, with capable data entry skills and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences. Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools.
