Job Overview We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to fill the position of Senior Applications Systems Analyst - PACS/Imaging - Remote. This is a full-time, 1.00 FTE, day position that offers a competitive salary range of $39.24 - $58.86 per hour. The actual hiring rate will depend on various factors, including job responsibilities, location, education, training, work experience, and performance. As a remote worker, you will be required to live in Oregon, Washington, Texas, or Alaska, and PeaceHealth will provide the necessary computer equipment for your work. Key Responsibilities Enhance, support, and maintain applications, and support technology projects to drive business success Troubleshoot, research, and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems Convey information, support the development of relationships, build trust, and convey dependability with internal business partners and vendors Use expertise to create ways to share knowledge and continuously promote awareness of advancements in related technology that could support the organization Work with cross-functional teams and business customers to analyze, diagnose, and implement process changes Analyze business needs, including cost versus benefits and workflow impacts, document requirements, and translate information gathered to functional, non-functional, and/or technical specifications Coordinate and develop support plans, prepare test data, execute test plans, process test results, and support deliverables Implement new systems, enhance and/or upgrade existing systems, system optimization, new feature/function implementation Interview customers, gather requirements and workflow impacts, provide education on system functionality, and configuration of new tools to increase end-user productivity within the application Prioritize and address urgent tasks, demonstrate flexibility when priorities change, and monitor time to complete tasks and deliverables within given deadlines independently Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in computer science, clinical, or business discipline OR equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience Minimum of five years' experience working with information systems with strong, demonstrated project management skills Healthcare information systems experience preferred Significant experience with software or hardware technology, including designing, configuring, or implementing applications Healthcare operations background preferred Experience with clinical or business workflow analysis for development of IT solutions Experience organizing and managing detailed information and working with and leading teams Experience working on increasingly complex projects with minimal to no supervision Preferred Qualifications Certifications relevant to supported applications Strong knowledge of MS Office and Backoffice client applications Excellent customer service skills Knowledge and ability to leverage different methods or techniques for gathering requirements and identifying solutions for problem-solving Understands the roles IT Teams play during the application lifecycle and the ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical minded customers Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At PeaceHealth, we are committed to the growth and development of our caregivers.
