Our products and solutions enable a safer, more comfortable, and more productive world, enhancing the quality of life of people around the globe. **Job Summary** As a Senior Customer Experience Training Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering and developing customer technical training that supports Building Automation in North America. You'll work closely with our CX Training Manager and collaborate with our global training team to ensure that our training content remains relevant and effective. You'll also be responsible for coordinating with customers on a daily basis to ensure that their training needs are met, and that they receive the best possible experience. **Key Responsibilities** • Assist in updating and developing new and existing curriculum to ensure that it remains relevant and effective. • Develop expertise in multiple brands/product lines relevant to the role, including commercial fire products. • Coordinate with our global training team on brand training roadmaps and learning paths to ensure that our training content is aligned with our business objectives. • Deliver face-to-face and virtual classroom technical training for blithequark customers, ensuring best-in-class delivery through customer satisfaction surveys. • Ensure the quality of training content remains relevant, acting upon customer feedback to drive improvements in training offerings. • Utilize mobile technology to live stream classes for virtual training sessions. • Document potential training equipment damage post-shipping to customer sites. • Interface with customers on a daily basis via phone calls or text messaging to coordinate with students, including: + Class times and course content + Private training events + Answering technical support questions • Support Learning & Enablement new training development programs by acting as a subject matter expert, validating content and course structures. • Develop and deliver bespoke customer trainings either via virtual classroom or at customer premises, as required. • Identify learning development paths for students attending classes, encouraging uptake of further blithequark training through awareness of Learning & Enablement offerings across blithequark Building Technologies. • Participate and contribute to team meetings and other company meetings across the blithequark organization. • Ensure the achievement of all individual and team targets and KPIs. • Focus on end-user customers and include time of contact with customers. **Benefits of Working for blithequark** At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: • Performance-driven salary • Cutting-edge work • Developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields • Employer-subsidized Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability • 401(k) match • Flexible Spending Accounts • Health Savings Accounts • EAP (Employee Assistance Program) • Educational Assistance • Parental Leave • Paid Time Off (for vacation, personal business, sick time, and parental leave) • 12 Paid Holidays **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: • Training program delivery experience • Experience with commercial fire products • Knowledge of at least one of the following blithequark fire products: Notifier, Gamewell-FCI, Fiplex, Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, Xtralis, Farenhyt • Bachelor's degree or technical training program • NICET certification **Required Skills** • Learning Management System • Training Delivery • Training Management • Training Material Content **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
