Develop and implement solutions from initial concept to production, utilizing current and emerging technologies to assess trends and foster significant insights and recommendations to management. Communicate results to a broad range of audiences, leveraging excellent written and oral communication skills. Utilize data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive navigation and guide less senior staff. Participate in cross-functional projects and tasks, regularly presenting to management and contributing to the development of the team. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance. Additionally, you should have at least three years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis. Preferred Qualifications Experience or coursework with Agile methodologies. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and guide less senior staff.
