With a strong focus on quality improvement, arenaflex is constantly seeking new ways to enhance patient care, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency. **Job Summary** As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our Medical Services Quality Improvement program. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including information investigators, BI engineers, framework executives, and data clients, to design and execute data foundation conditions that enable report automation and data-driven decision-making. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business outcomes and improving patient care across arenaflex's healthcare services. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the delivery of arenaflex's healthcare data and insights initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to meet business and quality improvement objectives. * Design, develop, and implement layered data warehouses and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects. * Establish data governance and pre-processing standards for populating consistent and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements. * Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large datasets from various internal arenaflex production system sources and external records. * Perform data profiling and analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare datasets (e.g., patient segmentation, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records). * Develop internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.). **Essential Capabilities** * Proven, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts. * Experience designing and implementing reasonably isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services, including but not limited to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake. * Experience providing technical leadership and presenting device rationalist semantic data layer upgrades connected with BI technology stages like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners. * At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace. * No less than 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management. * Ability to travel up to/no less than 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). **Preferred Capabilities** * Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts. **Job Benefits** * **Health and Wellness**: Comprehensive health insurance plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
