Job Summary In this critical role, you will lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and mitigating threats from malicious actors, while also overseeing the Business Analytics team in providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision making. Your expertise in risk management, data analysis, and leadership will be essential in driving the development of innovative solutions to stay ahead of emerging threats. As a key member of the Trust and Safety team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and implement policies, tools, and processes that promote a safe and trustworthy environment for users. Key Responsibilities Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in detecting and preventing account takeovers, spam, engagement abuse, and other malicious activities Develop and implement strategies to stay ahead of emerging threats, including the use of machine learning and data analytics Collaborate with the Policy Development team to create policies that effectively prevent adversarial abuse Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision making and drive business outcomes Lead and manage a team of talented professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional partners, external experts, and industry leaders Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) At least 2 years of experience in risk management, fraud prevention, or a related field Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on building and developing high-performing teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive insights Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., master's or Ph.D.) Experience with machine learning, data analytics, or related technologies Knowledge of SQL, R, or other programming languages Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and continuous learning Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive strategic decision making and business outcomes Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
