Job Overview The Senior Learning Specialist will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of up to 30 Customer Support Associates, providing an exceptional training experience that encourages long-term success. As a seasoned learning professional, you will create an optimal adult learning environment, both in-person and virtually, and utilize quantitative and qualitative data to identify training and coaching needs. Your expertise in using effective training techniques will engage Associates and manage learning sessions, driving initiatives and programs that continuously improve the training experience. Key Responsibilities Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee results for the assigned territory and region Manage live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory Conduct learning sessions on new processes and deliver various training courses, including continuous learning, new hire batches, and transfer batches Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel (as per business requirements) Ensure completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time Partner with operational stakeholders as a key point of contact for the Learning Experience team Identify learning coaches and certify them Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance Drive Quality and Learning metrics Conduct chime sessions and classroom sessions for stakeholders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of experience in training delivery roles 1 year of experience in Customer Service or customer service-related work experience Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software Highly accurate and fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written) Flexibility to work within a 24/7 x 365 days global team across a variety of time zones Knowledge of adult learning, content design, and facilitation Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position Project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects Strong ability to multi-task Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and coaching abilities Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories Experience with learning management systems and other training technologies Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
