Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, with a flexible and customer-centric approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a strong educational foundation and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
