**Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation**

With a presence in over 20 countries and a customer base of over 5 million, we're a dynamic and fast-paced organization that's always looking for talented individuals to join our team. **The Role** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, leveraging data analytics and machine learning techniques to deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to design, develop, and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical methods that drive business value. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs and requirements * Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and techniques to inform data modeling and statistical analysis * Design and build robust data model architectures to support high-performance statistical processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and implement large-scale statistical and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) * Provide guidance on optimizing data processing and analytical workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness * Develop and implement software programs, testing, and automation tools to support data analytics and machine learning initiatives * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency * Collaborate with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development, launch management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Experience with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and develop data models, algorithms, and statistical methods that drive business value * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with machine learning and deep learning techniques, with the ability to develop and implement predictive models and algorithms * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure * Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives, with the ability to design and implement data quality frameworks and metrics * Experience with data security and compliance initiatives, with the ability to design and implement data security frameworks and metrics **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.
