Job Overview As a Service Advisor Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing administrative support to our Service Department and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to the inner workings of a prestigious automotive dealership. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, and your professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to learn will set the tone for their overall experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests upon arrival for their visit to the service department, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Provide administrative support for the Service Department, including managing paperwork, handling phone calls, and performing various tasks as needed. Receipt and close repair orders, act as a cashier confirming accuracy of payment, and issue receipts and accompanying paperwork as required. Interact with each customer, respond to their queries, and follow up as needed in a timely and effective manner to ensure their satisfaction. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with guests, colleagues, and management. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A valid in-state driver's license and a clean driving record. A High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-focused mindset and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in a related role is preferred, but not essential - we're happy to train the right candidate. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous: Previous experience in a customer-facing role or administrative support position. Familiarity with automotive dealership operations or customer service principles. Basic knowledge of automotive repair procedures and terminology.
