Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads, aligning with our firm's overall goals and objectives. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives. Oversee content creation and ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns effectively and efficiently. Track and report on marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus. At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the personal injury space. A deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external agencies. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving marketing objectives. Proficient in marketing software and tools, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
