**Experienced Social Media Sales Representative – Latin America Region**

We're committed to creating a supportive company culture that encourages growth, learning, and innovation. **The Role** As a Social Media Sales Representative, you'll be working with our highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll be representing one of our clients, a Business Coach, and speaking on their behalf on their social media platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Starting new conversations (2 hours) * Follow-ups (2 hours) * Organic account growth (2 hours) * Replying to active leads and closing sales (1 hour 30 minutes) * Management and daily communication tasks (30 minutes) **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects * Utilize social media platforms to engage with clients and prospects * Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics * Collaborate with the client success team to provide exceptional customer service * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection * Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends) * Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil * High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in sales or customer service * Familiarity with social media platforms and sales strategies * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
