About the Role As a Social Media Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a highly skilled client success team, focusing on starting authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You will work closely with our teams to sell for one of our clients, a Business Coach, speaking as them on their social media platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Starting new conversations (approximately 2 hours) Follow-ups (approximately 2 hours) Organic account growth (approximately 2 hours) Replying to active leads and closing sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes) Management and daily communication tasks (approximately 30 minutes) Key Responsibilities As a successful Social Media Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and grow our client's business Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and leads Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media sales Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives Essential Qualifications To be part of our team at arenaflex, you will need: Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English A desire to earn an income in USD A fully working desktop/laptop and a smartphone A stable internet connection Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends) To be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Proven experience of at least 4 months in sales or customer service roles Previous experience working from home and a desire for professional and financial growth A high interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily Skills and Competencies To succeed as a Social Media Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
