Experienced Social Media Sales Representative – Remote Work Opportunity in Latin America for High-Level English Speakers

About the Role As a Social Media Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about turning social media followers into customers. Your primary responsibility will be to start authentic conversations with potential clients on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with the goal of selling coaching programs. You will work closely with our highly skilled client success team to achieve this objective, and your day-to-day activities will include starting new conversations, following up with leads, growing organic accounts, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (approximately 2 hours a day) Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales (approximately 2 hours a day) Grow organic accounts by engaging with followers and creating content (approximately 2 hours a day) Reply to active leads and close sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes a day) Manage daily communication tasks and collaborate with the team (approximately 30 minutes a day) Requirements and Qualifications To be part of our team, you must have an advanced or native level of English (C1-C2), a stable internet connection, a fully working desktop or laptop, and a smartphone. You must also be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil and have full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends). No previous experience is required, but you must be 100% confident in your English skills and have a strong desire to learn and grow with our company.
