Job Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Advisor to join our team at blithequark. As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, and your goal will be to resolve their technical issues in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include: Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, chat, and/or in-person Utilizing your technical expertise and knowledge to resolve complex technical issues Effectively communicating with clients to understand their technical issues and providing clear and concise solutions Collaborating with other team members to resolve technical issues and share knowledge and expertise Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments to provide exceptional technical support Meeting and exceeding client satisfaction targets and metrics Key Responsibilities As a Technical Support Advisor at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients Utilizing your technical expertise and knowledge to resolve complex technical issues Effectively communicating with clients to understand their technical issues and providing clear and concise solutions Collaborating with other team members to resolve technical issues and share knowledge and expertise Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments to provide exceptional technical support Essential Qualifications To be successful as a Technical Support Advisor at blithequark, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a related field At least 2 years of professional technical support experience or demonstrated technical ability Experience supporting clients via phone, email, chat, and/or in-person Passion for client support and ownership of client experience, including complete issue resolution Ability to effectively tailor communication and style to varying audiences Ability to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced, continually changing environment Thrives in a team where expertise is shared and feedback is gladly received Proficient in using time efficiently, including the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize Able to research and handle technical information across multiple tools while chatting with clients iOS, smartphone, tablet, PC, or Mac experience Willingness to acquire skills in technical troubleshooting and an enthusiasm to learn and take on new challenges Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be advantageous in this role: Previous experience working in a technical support environment Knowledge of blithequark products and services Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Skills and Competencies To be successful as a Technical Support Advisor at blithequark, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Technical expertise and knowledge of blithequark products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
