Job Overview As a Technology Analyst at arenaflex, you will work part-time as an Innovation Investigator Understudy within the Innovation Office. This role offers the chance to enroll in various Groups, including Air Tasks, Client and Business, Framework and Administrations, Individuals, and Money. Your primary responsibilities will include working with business clients to conduct requirements analysis, ensuring solutions are aligned with internal tooling and business processes, and managing timelines for planning, coding, testing, and executing projects. You will also participate in systems and acceptance testing, act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Innovation Groups, and contribute to the development of quality technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct requirements analysis with business clients to develop quality technical solutions Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business processes, and departmental guidelines Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and executing projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Innovation Groups Participate in systems and acceptance testing Contribute to the development of quality technical solutions Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and essential knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement.
