Job Overview As a Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in delivering empathetic support and exceptional service to customers during difficult times. This temporary, remote position is contingent on catastrophe relief needs and offers flexible scheduling, with hours of operation from Sunday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST. You will have the opportunity to choose shifts that work best for you, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
