About the Role: US Registered Nurse - Remote We are seeking an experienced and compassionate US Registered Nurse to join our remote team. As a remote US Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for reviewing cases of patients, making outbound calls to pharmacists and medical professionals, and providing accurate information to ensure that our customers receive the best possible care. Key Responsibilities: Handle secondary review of medications that are not approvable on a technician level Review documentation and interpret data obtained from clinical records, such as patient laboratory results, diagnostic tests, office visit notes, and medical history Make outbound calls to pharmacists and medical professionals to provide accurate information and ensure that customers receive the best possible care Apply your knowledge and clinical judgment to make informed decisions and provide exceptional customer experiences Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that customers receive comprehensive and coordinated care What You Bring to the Role: To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A nursing graduate with an active PHRN and unrestricted USRN license holder (at least 6 months of license validity) At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setup (homecare, bedside related, hospital) or USRN in the BPO industry Recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications For at-home roles, you will need to have high-speed internet (> 50mbps) and a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions Essential Qualifications: In addition to the above requirements, you will need to have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software applications Certification in a specialized area of nursing, such as case management or utilization review Bilingual or multilingual skills What You Can Expect: At TTEC, we are committed to supporting your career and professional development.
