Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, including 24/7 and rotational shifts, including night shifts. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a virtual or remote customer service environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with this type of work.
