Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via inbound phone and/or video calls, live chats, and other communication channels, addressing customer-related support questions and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, with a variety of schedules available to accommodate your needs. Availability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary, with a willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments. Internet download speed: 5Mbs down speed minimum, and internet upload speed: 3Mbs up speed minimum. RAM: 4GB minimum, with 8GB recommended, and a home office setup with an ethernet cord connected to your computer.
