Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Prior formal serving experience in the food service industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., demonstrating physical stamina and endurance. Excellent customer service skills and a service-oriented disposition, with a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Reliable transportation and punctuality, with a commitment to arriving on time and being ready to work.
