As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests for our valued clients. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! **What Part Will You Play?** As a Work from Home Banking Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for cardholders (customers) of 1-2 assigned company clients. * Providing standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User Interface (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes. * Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases. * Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution. * Building base knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and an understanding of association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve cardholder inquiries. **What We're Looking For in This Role** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or Equivalent * A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work from contact center experience in the last 18 months * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Flexibility to work mid-shift to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule * Ability to be on camera at all times * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and apply new skills and knowledge quickly **Preferred Qualifications** * 12 months of contact center or work from contact center experience in the last 18 months * Banking customer service experience **Desired Skills and Capabilities** * Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks * Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice * Has little or no role in the decision-making * Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments * Works under close supervision **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that values and respects our employees' unique perspectives and experiences.
