Job Overview As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. This role requires a high level of computer knowledge, as you will be navigating through multiple systems and entering information using your keyboard while speaking with customers on the phone. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer calls and address product-related concerns in a professional and courteous manner Take orders, verify information, track packages, and answer customer questions Navigate through multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard while speaking with customers on the phone Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive customer relations Work from the comfort of your own home, provided your computer meets our minimum technical requirements Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old and living in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin. You must also have a high school diploma or equivalent and be available to work a variety of shifts, including first shift, second shift, and weekend shifts. While we welcome all qualified candidates, we have a preference for those available for first shift. Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Ability to navigate through multiple systems and enter information accurately Technical Requirements: To work from home, you must have a computer that meets our minimum technical requirements.
