Key Responsibilities: • Onboarding & Profile Completion: Guide new experts through the signup and onboarding process, ensuring profiles are complete and optimized for a successful launch. • Social Media Launch Coordination: Coordinate with experts to develop and schedule social media announcements, and draft compelling social media assets to maximize engagement and visibility. • Community Engagement & Relationship Management: • Maintain and strengthen relationships with experts by encouraging additional social posts and nurturing a community of engagement. • Identify opportunities for experts to refer other key individuals to the platform, supporting organic growth and quality referrals. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or a customer success role, preferably within a tech or online platform environment • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building and maintaining relationships • Experience coordinating social media content and engagement strategies • Goal oriented with a track record of exceeding targets • Familiarity with CRM software and willingness to build processes • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients • High degree of adaptability • Ability to work in the office 3 days per week Our Investors We’re backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16a), Alexis Ohanian (founder of Reddit), Tiffany Haddish, Kevin Durant, and a group of world-class investors. We’ll ask questions like “what do you imagine your life looking like if you achieved all of your goals” and “why are those goals important to you?” Once we identify these, they become our goals and we will work together to help make them a reality. Next, we’ll ask you about things that matter to you in the short term. These could be things like a gym membership, meditation classes, or an allowance to attend concerts. It’s an open ended exercise and we’ll come up with a perks package that makes you feel valued. Please note, we cannot yet buy you a ticket on a SpaceX rocket. It’s been asked!
