Fractional CEO (Part-Time Executive Advisor) – CUSCEN About Us CUSCEN is a global company focused on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for SMEs and enterprises. We are expanding internationally and require seasoned leadership to guide our next stage of growth. Role Overview We are seeking a Fractional CEO on a part-time contract basis to support strategic leadership, global expansion, investor readiness, and high-level operational planning. Responsibilities • Develop and refine company growth strategy and positioning within the global ERP market. • Support investor readiness including pitch deck, valuation, financials, and due diligence. • Advise on international corporate structure . • Assist in go-to-market strategy, reseller/partner network development, and channel enablement. • Provide input on pricing and licensing strategies for ERP SaaS. • Review product roadmap and market fit for key industries. • Support organizational structure, hiring plans, and KPI frameworks. • Provide guidance for scaling business operations and compliance.
