Fully Licensed Counselor / Therapist (Remote – MI, MN, PA)
About Great Lakes Online Counseling Great Lakes Online Counseling is a fully remote group practice serving adults across Michigan, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania. We support clients navigating emotional overload, relationship stress, co-parenting challenges, and life transitions. Our work is grounded, relational, and human. We believe strong therapy happens when clinicians are supported, respected, and given space to practice thoughtfully—without pressure to overproduce or rush care. The Role We are seeking a fully licensed counselor for a part-time, W2, remote position. This role is ideal for clinicians who want meaningful clinical work with predictable expectations and sustainable hours. This position averages 20 hours per week, including: • Approximately 15 clinical sessions • Approximately 5 non-clinical hours (documentation, communication, coordination) You’ll provide individual therapy to adults via telehealth with strong administrative support and autonomy in your clinical approach. Responsibilities • Provide individual therapy to adults via secure telehealth platforms • Maintain timely, ethical, and accurate clinical documentation • Complete required non-clinical tasks (notes, communication, care coordination) • Uphold professional, legal, and ethical standards in your licensed state(s) • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members Qualifications • Fully licensed in Michigan, Minnesota, and/or Pennsylvania • (LPC, LP, LMSW, LCSW, or state equivalents) • Eligible to practice independently via telehealth • Experience or interest in working with adults around boundaries, relationships, co-parenting, betrayal, or emotional overwhelm • Practice from a relational, trauma-informed, or attachment-aware lens • Reliable, organized, and clinically grounded Multi-state licensure is a plus but not required. Compensation Salary $39,000–$45,000 Compensation reflects a part-time role averaging 15 clinical sessions per week, with non-clinical time built into expectations of five hours per week for a total of 20 hours.
