Fully Remote Solar Sales - $80K - $360K OTE

The Opportunity This is a fully remote solar sales role where you can earn $80K–$360K+/year from anywhere in the world. We give you the leads, the dialer, the scripts, the training, and the support. You just sell. You can join us as a: • Setter – Book qualified appointments for our closers. • Commission: 25% of profit per closed deal • Average deal size: $10,000 → Average setter commission: $2,500 • 2+ closed deals/week = $8K–$10K/month ($80K–$140K/year) • Setter/Closer – Set and close your own appointments. • Commission: 100% of profit per closed deal • Average deal size: $10,000 → You keep the full $10,000 per deal • Just 2 closed deals/week = $80K+/year — many reps hit $300K–$500K+ We’re looking for people with proven sales experience, ideally solar sales, but if you’re a high-performing closer in any industry, we want to talk to you.
