Description The General Counsel will serve as the primary legal counsel and trusted advisor, providing oversight on labor and employment law. This role involves advising the company on the full bolthires of US Federal and State employment and anti-discrimination laws, including FLSA, ADA, ADEA, Title VII, WARN, and OSHA, along with their respective enforcement agencies. Additionally, the General Counsel will manage and collaborate with international outside counsel on local labor and employment law matters and will be the primary in-house legal contact for European Works Councils.
