Global Sales Operations Support Manager
Develop, manage & deploy new hire enablement as well as on-going sales training programming. This role will provide direct and substantial support to the global sales organization in the attainment of quarterly & yearly objectives through activities. Responsible for maintaining relationship with various tools vendors as well as providing internal education, deployment, governance and driving efficiencies in the use of those tools. Coordinate and manage internal events such as Annual Sales Kickoff, Quarterly Business Reviews, Virtual Forums as well as other similar concepts. Collect & share reusable assets in alignment with the Aprimo Customer Journey. Develop and achieve quarterly Objectives and Key Results for Global Sales Operations as well as support the rest of the Sales Organization with achieving their OKR’s.
