HCM / HRIS Integration Consultant

Remote, USA Full-time
Revery (a Diagram startup) is building a modern leave of absence platform that creates a simple, integrated experience for employees taking medical or family leave — and for the organizations that administer those leaves. As we scale, we are looking for a hands-on HCM / HRIS Integration Consultant to join us as our internal expert. This role will shape how we connect with leading HR systems and may evolve into a full-time leadership position in our venture. The Opportunity In the last few years, 20+ new state and federal leave laws have emerged in the US. While this is great progress for employees, it creates new complexities for employers and insurance carriers. Current processes are fragmented, slow, and painful. At Revery, we are building a platform that: • Orchestrates data between HR and insurance systems • Simplifies the claims experience for employees • Reduces operational burden for employers, carriers, and TPAs Backed by Diagram and working alongside insurance carriers as co-design partners, we are developing the next-generation AI-powered Leave Administration Platform. This is an opportunity to join early and help shape the foundation. What You’ll Do • Act as Revery’s internal HCM/HRIS expert across platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG, and Dayforce • Advise on how these systems handle benefits administration, insurance enrollment, payroll, time & attendance, and absence management • Lead on integration strategy: APIs, data extraction, vendor-specific data formats, and compliance best practices • Guide our team in scoping, designing, and developing connectors between our middleware and HCM/HRIS platforms • Provide hands-on expertise in implementation, configuration, and maintenance of at least one leading HCM/HRIS system • Potentially interface with insurance carrier clients on technical integration discussions • Help shape our technical product roadmap and go-to-market strategy What We’re Looking For • 7+ years of experience with at least one major HCM/HRIS (Workday, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, ADP, Dayforce, UKG) • Proven track record in implementing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise HR systems for large employers (800 – 10,000+ employees) • Strong integration project expertise, including third-party integrations, APIs, and data formats • Experience with insurance-related integration projects (ideal, but not required) • Vendor accreditation or certification (ideal, but not required) • Entrepreneurial mindset — excited to help build and grow a venture from the ground up Why Join Us • Be part of an early-stage venture tackling one of the most pressing HR/benefits challenges in the US • Opportunity to work with venture leaders at Diagram and early design partners (insurance carriers) • Flexible part-time advisory role with potential to evolve into a full-time position • Compensation options include cash, equity, or a mix If you’re passionate about HR tech, integrations, and shaping the future of employee benefits, we’d love to talk.
