Builds relationships with key decision makers and client enterprise. Establishes and maintains professional rapport with the client. Acts as key contact for Managed Services and their assigned portfolio of business. Drives process evolution to consistently optimize service performance. Provides onboarding support by assisting Program Manager, Program Professionals, and hiring managers with the onboarding process. SUPERVISOR – Program Director SUPERVISES – as assigned ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: • Act as Key Liaison between Hiring Managers and Vendor Partners. • Act as a key contact for all issues related to on-boarding. • Responds in a timely and appropriate manner to various Vendor Partners with questions regarding the onboarding process. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. • Work closely with Program Mangers and Program Professionals to ensure all required onboarding paperwork is complete, compliant, and uploaded. • Discreetly and confidentially handle sensitive data. Maintains privacy, confidentiality, security and integrity of organizational data. • Create urgency with Vendor Partners via email or phone, to encourage timely and accurate document submission by establishing target dates and monitoring document submission progress to deliver comprehensive documentation to the client facility for an on-time assignment start date. • Other duties as assigned Job Requirements WE’RE LOOKING FOR: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: • Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations. • Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management. • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment • Proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. EDUCATION: • Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent experience highly preferred EXPERIENCE: • Five (5) years work experience, with four (4) years in service level industry and a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS: • Exert up to 20 lbs force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs frequently • Requires prolonged sitting and occasional bending, stooping, and stretching. • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. • Requires the perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction; ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound • Requires normal range of eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. • Requires dexterity to type. • Work is performed in and office environment and involves frequent contact with staff and the public. • Must be willing to travel as required for projects.
