Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum 2 years of experience in care coordination, home care, or healthcare administration. • Proficiency with scheduling and client management platforms (e.g., HHAeXchange, Basecamp, Promise Portal). • Strong understanding of U.S. home care compliance standards (Chapter 611 or equivalent). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting. • Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace. Core Competencies • Compassion: Build rapport with clients and families with empathy and professionalism. • Integrity: Uphold confidentiality and act with ethical responsibility. • Excellence: Maintain accuracy and a commitment to high-quality service. • Collaboration: Work effectively with remote teams, caregivers, and clients. Working Conditions • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (U.S. hours) • Availability: May require on-call coverage for urgent client needs. • Optional: Occasional travel within service areas for essential in-person assessments (if needed). Why Join Us This is a great opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization focused on compassionate, person-centered care.
