Inbound Answering Service Agent – OHIO Residents Only
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance to callers according to the account protocol- Transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals- Take messages and relay them to the appropriate person- Provide information and answer questions according to account settings- Maintain a professional and courteous phone manner at all times- Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure excellent customer service- Assist with dispatching duties as neededQualifications:- At least one year of previous answering service/call center experience- Computer proficiency- Typing at least 45 wpm with 90% accuracy- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written-Proficiency in English spelling and grammar- Spanish bilingual is a plus- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills- Ability to talk and type simultaneously- Positive attitude and composure under pressure- A college degree is not required but is highly desirable.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $13.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 40 per weekBenefits:• Health insurance• On-the-job training• Paid time offPhysical Setting:• Call centerSchedule:• 8 hour shift• Day shift• Evening shift• Holidays• Morning shift• Night shift• Overnight shift• Weekends as neededWork Location: RemoteApply Job!
