Key Responsibilities Be the Voice of Interior Design Excellence : Serve as the authority on high-quality interior design within the Home Innovation Team, ensuring that all design endeavors meet the highest standards of style and functionality. Drive Design Recommendations : Assist in developing and evangelizing style and design recommendations to internal teams, staying at the forefront of interior design trends and customer preferences. Collaborate with Tech and Product Teams : Work closely with tech and product teams to develop innovative customer experiences, leveraging your design expertise to inform product development and technical solutions. Support Algorithm Development : Partner with Data Scientists to develop and refine style algorithms, ensuring that they accurately reflect the latest design trends and customer preferences. Stay Customer-Focused : Continuously learn from internal customer feedback and trends to evolve style definitions and classification processes, ensuring that our design solutions remain relevant and impactful. Essential Qualifications 1+ Year of Experience in Interior Design or Related Field : A background in interior design, architecture, retail, or furniture design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions. Customer-Centric Mindset : A relentless focus on customer needs and preferences, with the ability to drive design decisions that meet customer expectations. Strong Portfolio : A portfolio that showcases your ability to develop high-quality interior design rooms and renders, demonstrating your expertise and creativity. Technical Skills : The ability to learn new technical skills to design and visualize interior spaces, staying up-to-date with the latest design tools and technologies.
