Collaborate with other service desks across processes for seamless support. Assist supervisors with any tasks assigned. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in International Customer Support. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong phone handling and active listening skills. Ability to manage customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills. In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with: 3-8 years of experience in International Customer Support. A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
