Your Role As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in meeting our company sales goals by making our company known, selling our products, and getting prospects influenced by the Branch. Your key responsibilities will include: Customizing financial solutions that meet clients' needs and financial goals. Appropriately applying all available collection procedures and payment alternatives to minimize delinquency and credit losses. Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer grievances in a timely and professional manner. Building rapport with clients and prospects to drive sales and revenue growth. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients. General Requirements (Our Ideal Candidate) We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who possesses the following qualities: Experience in sales and collections, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in retail, sales, or financial services. Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances in a professional and timely manner. Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day. Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Numeric data skills and accuracy with computer, with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm. Self-motivated and a strong desire for professional growth and development. Open to receiving constant feedback and willing to become an expert on credit business. High School diploma or College preferred, with a strong emphasis on education and continuous learning.
