Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Providing top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues. Assisting customers with product and service-related questions, including billing, rates, and network-related inquiries. Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Completing and submitting customer changes or modifications to existing or new accounts, including updates to customer information and account settings. Meeting departmental standards and expectations, including daily call averages and call statistics, individually and as a team. Returning mail and written correspondence from customers in a timely and professional manner. Staying up-to-date on blithequark's products, services, offers, rates, and billing, as well as telecommunications terms and our network. Reading, deciphering, and explaining invoices to customers, ensuring clear understanding of their billing and account information. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 30 words per minute typing speed. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing processes and procedures. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service, communications, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a call center environment, with a focus on telecommunications services. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools. Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
