Responsibilities As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues. Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate. Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Providing feedback on call issues. Upselling if required. Qualifications We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To succeed in this role, you'll need: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment. 6 months of customer service experience (preferred). Over 18 years of age. Ability to type 25 wpm. High School Graduate or GED. Comfort with desktop computer systems. Proven oral and written communication skills. Logical problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate Windows operating systems. Organization and work prioritization skills. Work from Home Requirements To ensure your success in this remote role, you'll need to meet the following requirements: Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps, no packet loss, and ping under 50ms. ISP Requirements: Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN. Proof of Internet Speed Required: We'll need to verify your internet speed to ensure it meets our requirements.
