Relief Route Delivery Driver

Duties & Responsibilities
? Entry level position. Pay increase upon route assignment.
? Deliver products to customers on assigned route
? Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and in cold drink equipment, according to company standards.
? Maintain and organize Coca-Cola stock as needed, picking up damaged and out-of-date products including empty shells and pallets.
? Set up and maintain merchandise and sales promotion displays
? Ensure the neat appearance of all Coca-Cola equipment and product in assigned accounts and maintain a safe work environment
? Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service to all customers and accounts serviced
? Ensure proper accounting of product, cash, and assets daily; perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles
? Perform other duties as assigned

? Ability to lift 50 lbs. of product repetitively
? Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand truck, etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
? Availability to work some weekends and some holidays
? Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience is strongly preferred
? Excellent safety record
? Ability to read, speak, write and understand English to perform basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
Minimum Qualifications
? Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
? Must have seven (7) years of driving experience total (7 years since obtaining standard Class D operators license)
? At least two (2) years of CDL driving experience.
? Possess a clean and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Preferred Qualifications
? Previous route delivery; direct store delivery; stocking; merchandising products or retail management experience
? Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
