Job Details • Job Type: Part-time • Salary: Competitive hourly rate plus performance bonuses • Working Hours: 4 hours per shift, with flexible scheduling available • Location: Various hubs across the United States Benefits • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance • Paid training and certification • Paid vacations and paid time off • Employee discounts on flights and accommodations • Retirement plan options Job Description • Ensuring the highest level of safety and service standards during all flight operations • Conducting pre-flight cabin checks and monitoring the cabin during flight • Demonstrating emergency and safety procedures, such as the use of oxygen masks, seat belts, and exit doors • Providing friendly and professional service to passengers, addressing any questions or concerns • Assisting passengers with special needs, including children, elderly, or those with disabilities • Administering and coordinating in-flight sales of food, beverages, and duty-free items • Preparing reports concerning any in-flight incidents, including medical emergencies or security issues Requirements • Minimum age of 21 years • High school diploma or GED equivalent; further certification in hospitality or tourism preferred • Ability to reach overhead storage bins and stand for long periods of time • Must be fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a plus • Ability to adapt to varying work hours and flexible schedules • Must pass a background check and drug screening • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Desired Qualities • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations • High level of personal grooming and professional appearance • Empathy and patience to deal with a diverse range of passengers Company Overview Delta Airlines is one of the world's largest and most recognized air carriers, known for our commitment to safety, innovation, and customer service.
